Heather and Douglas wed at Eastwood Christian Church in East Nashville and their reception followed at the historic Riverwood Manision. The day was sunny, warm, and the fall colors were abundant! We met at Riverwood for their "first look". Douglas couldn't get enough of his gorgeous bride!
You could tell Heather and Douglas have great freinds and family and I LOVE a fun bridal party! These gals and guys rocked!
I couldn't resist putting up a couple of shots from the bridal session we did at Riverwood in September. Heather was stunning that day too!
The two had a private dinner together before being introduced into the reception. What a great oppurtunity of uninterrupted special time with your new spouse. So so sweet!
First dance as husband and wife.
A special father-daughter dance.
Douglas's mother was beaming with joy the entire day!
After cake the party began!
During the Anniversary Dance there were more than 5 couples who had been married for more than 20 years. Talk about special! The couple below was the last on the floor. Love and dedication like that is truly an inspiration!
The couple rode off in style choosing a 1961 white Cadillac Deville from Nashville Wedding Cars.
Heather & Douglas- It was such a pleasure to work with you both! Your special day was simply amazing and I was honored to be a part it. I am eager to hear all about the Jamaican honeymoon! - J
